The design for this cake came from the mother. She wanted a cross and 5 doves on the cake.
The doves represent the baby and her 4 Godparents.
The doves were frozen butter cream transfer. This was the first time I tried this method and I loved it.
I will be using this method a lot in the future.
The cross I cut out of gum pate and then piped around it and on it once I had it on the cake.
