Snake Cake

 

This is the first time I ever tried to carve a cake and it turned out awesome! My daughter has a stuffed snake and she wanted me to make her birthday cake look like it.

Here is a picture with her stuffed snake next to the cake. Oops I cut  off part of the cake.

Cake Pops

First attempt at cake pops. My daughter wanted to make them. We just made them simple with sprinkles on them. Next time we will have to do something more difficult.

Malt Shoppe Cupcakes

Chocolate cupcakes with vanilla buttercream frosting and stuffed with Bavarian cream.

Ghost Cupcakes

I made these cupcakes for Halloween. to make the ghost you make a ball out of fondant and place in the middle of frosted cupcake. Then I used a circle cookie cutter big enough to fit over the cupcake. Lay circle over the ball of fondant and form it around to make the head. I then used a toothpick dipped in black food coloring to make the eyes.
