Xylophone Cake / Daniel's First Birthday

My son loves graham crackers so I made a graham cracker cake with layers of chocolate ganache and marshmallow graham cracker frosting.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cake

First I baked a chocolate cake

Then added a layer of egg-less cookie dough.

Then I topped it with chocolate frosting.

It was so good and you could change the flavor of cake and frosting to whatever you like.

Minecraft Cake Cake / Hudson's 10th Birthday

This cake is made to look like a cake in the game Minecraft.

Jason and Tarah's Wedding Cupcakes

This would be my biggest cake order, cupcake wise anyway.

17 dozen cupcakes (204 cupcakes) 1 sheet cake and the top tier cake.

Sheet cake with a lacy design.

I sometimes like to take a picture of all the ingredients when I am doing a large order.

I used most of this for the cakes. I was left with one carton of cream one 12 oz bag of chocolate chips, a couple of cups of flour and sugar, most of the shortening was gone form a new can. I had bought way too much powdered sugar and was left with 5 bags. Oh well now I don't have to buy any for awhile.
