Bunny Cake

My daughter and I made this cake for Easter.

We made the necklace out of Cadbury Mini Eggs

When it was done I ask my daughter if we were missing anything 

and she said that the bunny should be holding a carrot so I added one.

Strawberry Shortcake Cake

This cake I shaped into a strawberry and covered it with fondant.

I ordered the Strawberry Shortcake and her house.

Around the side I added a vine going around with leaves and strawberry flowers.

Leaves and vines are fondant and the flowers are gum paste. 

Wilton Class #4

Just got done with my last class tonight and here is what we have learned in our class. 

All of these flowers are made from gum paste.

Brier Rose

Blue blossoms, yellow sweet peas, and white stephanotis and stephanotis buds with Ivy leaves. 

Stargazer lily, this one was my favorite.

Peanut Butterball Cupcakes

Chocolate cake with a chocolate filling, peanut butter buttercream frosting, and a drizzle of chocolate on top. 

Thin Mint/ St. Patrick's Day Cupcakes

These cupcakes have Thin Mint cookies chopped up inside of them. Mint frosting dipped in chocolate and topped with a Thin Mint with a frosting shamrock.

Elmo Cake and Cupcakes

The eyes on the cupcakes I made out of fondant with a dot of black piping gel. The mouth is also made out of black piping gel.

Culver's Cake

I made this cake for a lady I work with at Culver's for her 40th birthday.

The cheeseburger is made out of fondant.

The bag is made out of a mixture of fondant and gum paste to make it a little firmer. The frys are made out of fondant and cut with a crinkle cutter.
