These were baby surprise cupcakes, filled with blue frosting to reveal the gender of baby.

The parents didn't even know what they were having until they bit into these cupcakes.

I made the fish with butter cream and did frozen transfer method. 

They didn't turn out quite how I wanted and I will be doing them in fondant if I get another order for them.

Banana Foster Cupcake

This cupcake is a white cake spiced with rum extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

It has a banana foster sauce filling and topped with a salted caramel frosting and a drizzle of salted caramel.
