Ghost Cupcakes
I made these cupcakes for Halloween. to make the ghost you make a ball out of fondant and place in the middle of frosted cupcake. Then I used a circle cookie cutter big enough to fit over the cupcake. Lay circle over the ball of fondant and form it around to make the head. I then used a toothpick dipped in black food coloring to make the eyes.
Cotton Candy Cupcakes
These cupcakes were flavored with cotton candy extract. Once they were baked I couldn't taste the flavoring so I put some extract into the frosting. I think I will be using the cotton candy only as a frosting flavor since I had put a lot into the batter I feel like adding anymore might overdo it.

Bubble Gum Cupcakes
These are awesome. I found some bubble gum extract online and decided to give it a try. I added 1 1/2 teaspoons to a batch of white cake. I also tinted the batter with a little pink. The frosting I went with is vanilla. Next I will be trying out cotton candy extract.

Superman Cake
This cake is a chocolate cake with raspberry filling. I have not had this combination yet but I know that it had to have been good. The two flavors mix well with other things. I did the decorating with tinted icing gel.
October Birthdays
We had a bunch of birthdays this month so we combined all them and made one cake.
This cake is a Pink Champagne Cake. It was the first time I tried it. The texture of the cake was kind of like angel food cake but a little denser and it had a great flavor.
Cake is covered in chocolate fondant with colored fondant accents.
I added some food coloring to make the cake pink. Tinted the frosting blue and added some almond extract to it. It was a great combination of flavors.
